1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Wiki. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Wiki ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, governing your access to and use of the Wiki mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By downloading the Wiki app, creating an account, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- "Platform" means the Wiki mobile application, website, APIs, and related services operated by Wiki.
- "Rider" means a User who uses the Platform to request transportation services from Drivers.
- "Driver" means a verified User who provides transportation services to Riders.
- "Agreed Fare" means the final price for a Trip, whether accepted at the auto-generated fare or reached through the Negotiation Flow.
3. Eligibility & Account Creation
Riders must be at least 18 years of age. Drivers must be at least 21 years of age. Each individual may maintain only one Rider account and/or one Driver account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
4. Nature of Service
Wiki is a technology platform that connects Riders with independent Driver-partners. Wiki is not a transportation company, does not own or operate any vehicles, and does not employ Drivers. The transportation service is provided by independent contractors.
5. Ride Requesting & Fare Agreement
Fares are initially auto-calculated based on distance, duration, and vehicle type. Following a match, either party can initiate the Negotiation Flow.
- ✓ Drivers may not counter above 2.5x the auto-generated fare.
- ✓ Riders may not counter below 0.6x of the auto-generated fare.
- ✓ Limited to 3 negotiation rounds with a 45-second timer per round.
6. Cancellation Policy

7. Payment & Fees
Payments are processed via Paystack. Supported methods include debit/credit cards, bank transfers, USSD, and Wiki Wallet. Wiki retains a 15% Platform Fee from the Agreed Fare, and the remaining 85% is credited to the Driver.
