Requirements
- ✓ Minimum age of 21 years
- ✓ Valid Nigerian driver's licence
- ✓ Ownership or lawful authorization to operate a roadworthy vehicle (Okada/Motorcycle, Keke/Tricycle, or Car)
- ✓ Valid third-party vehicle insurance
