Driver Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Status
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Wiki. You are free to set your own working hours, accept or reject ride requests at your sole discretion, and provide services on other platforms simultaneously. You are responsible for all vehicle operation costs and personal tax filings.
2. Eligibility & Vehicle Requirements
Drivers must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's licence, and maintain valid third-party vehicle insurance.
- Motorcycles (Okada): Roadworthy, maximum 8 years old, passenger footrests, spare helmet.
- Tricycles (Keke): Roadworthy, maximum 8 years old, canopy in good condition.
- Cars (Cab): Roadworthy, maximum 10 years old, working air conditioning.
3. Commission & Payouts
Wiki retains a 15% Platform Fee from the Agreed Fare. The remaining 85% is credited directly to your Driver Wallet immediately upon Trip completion. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed via Paystack with a flat ₦50 fee.
4. Performance Standards

5. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Arbitration seats in Lagos, Nigeria.
